You do. Every workspace, every decision logged, every connection, every resolved issue belongs to your operation. We don't train shared models across customers. Your operational intelligence stays yours, and if you ever leave, you can export it.

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each customer's data is logically isolated at the database level with row-level security. Database credentials and API keys are encrypted separately. Access requires authentication on every request. We follow standard security practices for cloud SaaS.

SteelTree runs on secure US-based cloud infrastructure. Your uploaded files, connected database credentials, decision logs, and workspace data all live in the US. Enterprise customers can request custom data residency for specific regions.

On See+ today: spreadsheets, CSV, Excel files, Postgres databases, REST APIs, and OData V4 endpoints. Industrial connectors like OSIsoft PI and SAP are available on Pro. Custom connectors such as Maximo, on-prem PI, and legacy MES systems are available on Enterprise with hands-on integration support.

SaaS on See+ and Pro. On Enterprise, we support private cloud and on-premise deployments for operations with strict data isolation requirements. We work with your IT team to handle integration, authentication, and ongoing access patterns.
