Important Distinction: SteelTree Website vs. SteelTree Service

If you sign up for and use the SteelTree system (the "Service"), your data is governed by separate contractual terms, including the SteelTree End User License Agreement, Platform Terms, and Data Processing Addendum.

SteelTree does not use this Website Privacy Policy to govern Customer Data processed within the Service. All such data is governed exclusively by the SteelTree Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, and Data Processing Addendum, which apply upon registration and use of the Service.

  • Customer-specific workflows, system behaviors, and operational intelligence are generated and maintained within the Customer's environment and are not shared across customers
  • Use of the Service may improve outcomes within the Customer's own environment, but such improvements are not transferred or reused across other customers
  • SteelTree does not sell or share Customer Data across customers

Such data is governed exclusively by your agreement with SteelTree, not this Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law (including California law), you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Opt out of marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
